Cancellation Policy

Online Coaching Policy Booking & Payment All coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your selected session time is reserved exclusively for you once payment is received. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session if you provide more than 72 hours’ notice. Requests made 72 hours or less before the session start time will be treated as a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited. Cancellation Policy All coaching sessions are non-refundable. Because your session time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations do not qualify for refunds. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of arrival time. Additional time cannot be added. Client Responsibility Coaching is a collaborative process. While guidance, tools, and support will be provided, results depend on individual effort and follow-through. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
